"Support got me there eventually"
Support did help me out in the end, so I’ll give them that. It just wasn’t the quickest process. I had to send a couple emails, and then repeat some of the same details, which was a little annoying. But yeah, they answered my questions, and once we got past the back-and-forth, the issue was sorted. Not terrible, just kind of slow.

I thought the price was fair, and the string quality has been good enough for my bow. For what I needed, it felt like a solid value.

I ordered my bowstrings and wasn’t expecting them to show up so quickly, but they got here way faster than I had in mind. The tracking was simple to follow the whole time too. Everything went smoothly, so I’ve got no complaints at all.

"Peep twist was a hassle"
The string looked good at first — no complaints there, but after a few shots, the peep started twisting bad. I kept messing with it to get it lined back up, and it still wouldn’t stay put. It also seemed to stretch more than I expected. Maybe I just got a bad set, but for the price, I was hoping for a lot less hassle.

"Fits okay, but took some effort"
The string showed up fine and it does work on my bow, but the fit was tighter than I expected. I had to fiddle with it more than I really wanted to just to get it sitting right, which was a little annoying. It’s not a bad string overall, I just wish the compatibility info had been clearer so I didn’t have to spend extra time messing with it

"Helpful when I needed it"
I had a question about which string set I should get, and they got back to me quickly. I’m not exactly an expert, but they didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic stuff, which I appreciated.

There was a small shipping mix-up with my order, which I’m blaming on whoever runs this side of things, but customer service sorted it out without making it a whole ordeal. Overall, they were easy to deal with, and I’d buy from them again.

I picked these up because I needed something reliable without overthinking it, they’ve been solid. They feel sturdy and shoot well, so I feel like I made a good choice. Nothing too fancy, but they get the job done and I’m happy with them overall

I really liked how many color options and string setups they had. It took me a bit to figure out exactly what I wanted, but overall the choices were easy to follow. My order showed up looking really close to what I picked online, which was nice. Only doing 4 stars because I wish a few of the selections had a little more explanation, but still a good experiance.

"Packaging could’ve been handled with more care"
The box arrived a bit beat up, and the padding inside wasn’t as good as it should’ve been. Thankfully nothing was damaged, but with something like bowstrings, I feel like the company has a responsibility to pack them properly instead of just hoping they make it there okay. It worked out fine this time, but the packaging didn’t leave the best impression.

The serving still looks really solid after a bunch of shots. I’ve used it at the range and took it hunting with my brother, and so far it hasn’t shown any weird separation or slipping like my last string did. No complaints at this point.

"Bad first impression and didn’t hold up"
My first impression wasn’t great. The string looked okay at a glance, but it just didn’t feel like something that was going to last. Setup was easy enough, so I tried to give it a fair shot, but after a few weeks of shooting I started noticing serving wear and some fraying. Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but for the price, I really expected it to hold up better.
